Foresight and Planning 3

(Friday)

This week we focused on the importance of developing foresight in order to plan more effectively.

Right now you are most likely going to school. But do you have a plan for what you want to do after school? Do you have a plan for what type of person you want to be?

As we wrap up this week, we really want you to consider two things:

1) What do you want to accomplish in life? What is your goal or passion?

2) What type of person do you want to be? Will you be an innovator? A problem solver? Is your goal to be determined, but flexible? A good communicator that can build and maintain relationships? Will you be an encouraging and empathetic leader? Most importantly, what are you doing now to reach your goal of being that kind of person?

Make it stand out

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Remember: Planning is a necessary part of work and life.

Planning is a key component of any business. Without planning any business wouldn’t last long.

What about you? If businesses fail without planning, what happens if you aren’t planning to reach your goal?

STEPS FOR CHANGE

Thought of the day.

A true teacher would never tell you what to do.

Never forget.

You have a wonderful brain. You have a powerful mind. You may need to exercise it more. But never forget what your incredible brain has already done, and how you still use your natural curiosity to learn subjects or skills that interest you. Successful people love to learn. Will you be successful?
